Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026 · Applies upon publication

This policy explains how SR Hides LLC handles information on its company website, including the Tip & Sale Calculator web preview and support page, and in the Tip & Sale Calculator mobile app. Future apps or services may have additional privacy notices.

Calculations stay on your device

Calculator inputs, including bill amounts, tips, prices, discounts, and split counts, are processed locally in your browser or app. Our calculator code does not send those inputs to SR Hides LLC or save a calculation history.

Accounts, local storage, and tracking

No account is required to use the website preview or calculator app. The website code does not add advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. The mobile app stores the version of the welcome acknowledgment you accepted in local device storage so it can remember your choice. Calculator messages are bundled with the app.

Website delivery and security

The public website is configured for hosting through Cloudflare. When you visit a Cloudflare-hosted version, Cloudflare processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, requested URL, browser or device information, and request time, to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare may use operational logs and security technologies, including cookies where required by its enabled services. These processes are separate from calculator inputs.

See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing. We do not set a separate retention period for data managed by Cloudflare; retention depends on the service and its configuration.

Contact and feedback

If you contact contact@srhides.com, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to requests and provide support. Email is handled through our email provider. The app’s feedback action opens an email draft; opening a draft does not send it.

We retain support correspondence as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete your correspondence. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or sensitive financial details.

Optional developer tips

The website’s PayPal and Venmo options are currently inactive. The website does not collect payment details or process tips. We will update this notice before enabling external payment links.

Where optional in-app tips are available, Apple or Google processes the purchase. The app receives product and transaction information needed to manage and complete the purchase. SR Hides LLC does not receive your full payment-card details through the app or operate a payment-processing server. The relevant store’s privacy policy also applies: Apple or Google.

How information is shared

We use service providers for website delivery and email support as described above. We may disclose information when required by law or as reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, and safety. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices and requests

You can stop using the website, clear browser data, or remove app data using your device controls. Clearing app data can remove the saved welcome acknowledgment. Platform backups and store purchase records are managed separately by their providers.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information. Contact us to make a request or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Calculator values that never leave your device are not available for us to retrieve.

Children’s information

Our services are general-purpose tools, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. New apps, analytics, payment links, or other services will be reviewed before they are added. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@srhides.com.
