These terms apply to the SR Hides LLC company website, the Tip & Sale Calculator web preview, and the Tip & Sale Calculator app. SR Hides LLC provides these services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services. Applicable app-store terms also apply to apps obtained through a store.

What the services provide

Our website introduces SR Hides LLC apps and provides contact and optional support information. Tip & Sale Calculator helps estimate tips, split bills, discounts, and savings. The website calculator is an illustrative USD preview, separate from the mobile app, and does not include every app feature. Mobile store availability is announced through official links when provided.

Check amounts before paying

Verify results against your bill or the merchant’s price before paying or purchasing. Displayed amounts are rounded to cents; individually rounded split amounts may not add up exactly to the total. Tax, service charges, merchant rounding rules, and other adjustments are not added unless explicitly shown. Sequential discounts apply one after another rather than simply adding percentages.

You choose what to tip, pay, or purchase. These tools do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

Using the website and apps

You may use our services for their intended purposes. Do not misuse them to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law. SR Hides LLC and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and website content. These terms do not transfer those rights to you or limit rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.

Optional developer support

Tips are voluntary and do not unlock calculator features or purchase a promise of future features. Website PayPal and Venmo links are not yet enabled, and no website tips are currently accepted.

Where in-app tips are available, the relevant Apple or Google store processes the purchase. Review the price shown by the store before confirming. Refund requests are subject to the store’s process and applicable law; contact us if you need help identifying the appropriate support route. These terms do not take away any mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. Third-party websites, email providers, and app stores operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean SR Hides LLC controls the external service.

Availability and updates

We may improve, change, or discontinue website or app features. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every estimate will match every transaction. To the extent allowed by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties.

Responsibility and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SR Hides LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the services, including reliance on incorrect calculations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the services change. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised date and will apply prospectively. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request agreement. Stop using the services if you do not agree to the updated terms.
